This is a very early sketch of “Mummy (Muriel Francis Everington) Reading the Paper”.  Everel was just eleven when she drew this.

Another early sketch of M F Everington; this time she is knitting and the drawing is lightly coloured using crayon.

“Our Puncture”.  A quick sketch of a roadside puncture, a frequent occurrence in those days (near Norwood Junction Station).
